Came with my mother, everything was great. The staff was amicable from the moment I arrived. The hotel was located marvellous for me, close to a motorway.

The place was modern, we liked it. Booked double room, that included a balcony, Netflix, and a living area. The hotel was in a marvellous location, near the airport. What's more, it was next to many restaurants as well as Ponta Delgada marina and many restaurants and supermarkets...

Its location is FAVOURABLE, very close to which was great coming from the airport, and adjacent gardens. The staff are all very friendly. Make sure you stay in the a double room with balcony.

The room was clean and the shower had hot water, with soap and shower gel provided in the bathroom. there was a water bottle in the room, which was a nice touch. Another positive aspect was the quiet location of the guest house, with parking available outside.
the check-in process was poor, with no staff present upon arrival and unclear instructions given. the breakfast offered was minimal and the kitchen was poorly equipped.
